🚚 Shipping Information
• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
• Carriers: We partner with carriers to ensure fast, tracked delivery from our Ontario warehouse to your door.
• International Delivery: We ship worldwide! Please note that as the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
🔄 Easy Returns
• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Perishables: For health and safety, coffee and food items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.
💰 Refunds & Cancellations
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Cancellations: You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered our logistics flow.
